We create social impact and employee volunteer programs that connect corporations with their nonprofit community through meaningful volunteer projects. We work with all causes, but we work closely with veterans and the military. We also work on addressing homelessness through a partnership with a rapid deployment housing org. Showing companies the value of serving others in communities across the country is what we do

General Board Member Responsibilities
Board Engagement Expectations
Attend at least ___% of board meetings and key events.
Attend and actively participate in board meetings and events.
Participate in at least one committee (Fundraising, Marketing, or Finance).
Provide guidance, support the team, and promote our programs and milestones.
Fiduciary and Legal Oversight
Safeguard assets
Assist in fundraising, donor cultivation, and corporate outreach.
Setting Strategic Direction
Know where we are going and how we will get there based on our mission
Provide expertise, networking, and strategic insight.
Mission Advocacy and Community Trust
Act as an advocate and ambassador for 365 Connect in the community.
Resource Mobilization
Ensuring resources (financial, physical, intellectual, and human) are in place to fulfill mission
Shared Leadership
Support and evaluate the direction of the organization and the ED
Give and Get Policy
Give Commitment
Make an annual personal contribution
Actively participate in fundraising efforts, including inviting others to give, attend events, or learn about our mission.
Serve as an ambassador for the organization and represent our values in the community.
Get Commitment
Help generate resources through introductions, partnerships, sponsorships, or funding opportunities.
Support outreach to prospective donors, corporate partners, volunteers, or board members.
Contribute time, expertise, and connections to further our strategic goals.
