The Board of Directors of Cristo Rey San Diego High School, Inc. leads the school. Members are expected to own the mission, provide strategic direction, and oversee the fiscal sustainability of the organization. By exercising its governance responsibilities, the Board ensures the organization has sufficient funds to carry out its mission and actively participates in the promotion of the school with all of its stakeholders.
The Board is expected to provide clear direction to the President and assistance to the management team in attaining the underlying goals of the school. Members of the Board have the additional responsibility of ensuring processes, policies, and programs are anticipated, designed, and implemented in accordance with sound business practices.
