Board Member Opportunity:
Think Dignity is seeking equity-driven, compassionate leaders to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you’ll help guide the organization’s strategic vision, strengthen community partnerships, and advance initiatives that restore dignity to those too often overlooked.
Board members play an active role in governance, fundraising, and advocacy—ensuring our programs such as the Transitional Storage Center, Mobile ID Bank, Dignity Legal Services, Street Boutique, and Portable Charging Station continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.
We are especially seeking professionals with expertise in fundraising, law, finance, human resources, communications, or systems-level advocacy, though all backgrounds are welcome. Most importantly, we value individuals committed to social justice, collaboration, and practical solutions to homelessness.
Commitment:
- Attend bi-monthly board meetings and serve on at least one active committee.
- Participate in annual strategic planning and fundraising efforts.
- Champion Think Dignity’s mission as an ambassador in the community.
- Board Term: 2 years (renewable)
